The Junior Leadership Team

The Junior Leadership Team (JLT) is a group of young people that includes senior prefects and the heads and deputies of the student council body. Making decisions to create improvements to the school, the JLT is a forward-thinking and strategic team. Engaging with children, the JLT suggests their ideas to the senior school leaders. Staff briefings are used to discuss the ideas in order to come up with a swift resolution and action plan. The JLT team aspires to achieve success in school and beyond, and they seek to leave an enduring legacy of good camaraderie and leadership.
