Partnerships & Collaborations

University of Cambridge & Nagoya University, Japan

In partnership with Nagoya University, Japan, and the University of Cambridge, we are working with primary schools in Japan, comparing how primary teachers/schools in Japan and the UK support children at risk of underachieving (on account of additional needs, learning through EAL, socio-ed disadvantage, minoritised group, disability etc) through the lens of lesson study.

Ealing Learning Partnership

We are an active partner in the Ealing Learning partnership, which is a partnership between schools and the council to promote educational excellence and wellbeing for all learners through collaboration and innovation.
Dr Hannay has chaired both the Learning & Achievement committee and the Business Sustainability Group.  He was also a Cluster Leader of 13 schools in the partnership and led the first Oracy group within the partnership using Student Focused Coaching.  Currently, Wolf Fields is hosting 6 schools as part of an AI research project.

Admera Education, Sweden

Admera Education is a consultancy group that has introduced the Singaporean approach to mathematics in Sweden.  They supported the publication of textbooks and workbooks in Sweden and deliver training across the country to improve the quality of mathematics teacher and learning in Sweden.

Wolf Fields will host delegations of Swedish teachers and leaders to the school in 2026.  In return, teachers from Wolf Fields will visit Sweden, and develop relationships with schools, leaders and teachers in Sweden, further enhancing pedagogy and practice.

Well Schools

A Well School places just as much emphasis on health and wellbeing as it does on academic performance. It understands that children and young people are more effective learners when they are happy and healthy, and that they must take care of their staff and their pupils wellbeing to create a culture that allows everyone to reach their potential.

Dr Hannay sits on the Advisory Board for Well Schools and is a leadership coach for the accreditation process

Well Schools is powered by The Youth Sport Trust.

Three Bridges Primary School

Three Bridges and Wolf Fields work in partnership through a shared belief that schools are stronger when they learn alongside one another. The partnership is rooted in trust, generosity, and a deep commitment to children, families, and staff in both communities. By sharing leadership, expertise, and professional learning, we aim to create the conditions for thoughtful, sustainable improvement - where practice is shaped by values, relationships, and a collective sense of purpose. Together, we are building something deliberately human, quietly ambitious, and grounded in the belief that better is always possible when we work side by side.
