Thank you for taking a moment to step into our schools at the Southall Waterside Federation - two communities connected by place, purpose and a shared belief in what schools can be.

Three Bridges and Wolf Fields are different in history, context and character, but united by something deeper: a belief that schools are human places, and that children flourish when they feel known, loved, challenged and inspired.

Our federation mark takes its inspiration from the bridges and waterways that connect us. It reflects an idea that sits at the heart of our work:

We believe children learn best in strong, caring communities - through relationships with teachers, friends, families and the world around them. And we believe great schools should continually enlarge the worlds available to children: introducing them to new ideas, experiences, people and possibilities.

That means great teaching, but also warm relationships, playful spaces, rigorous thinking, rich experiences and wide-open opportunities.

You will see this in the small things: the way children are greeted by name, the conversations in corridors, the celebrations of effort and the quiet moments of reassurance when things feel hard. And you will see it in the bigger things: the curriculum we design, the experiences we create and the partnerships we build.

As Executive Principal, I have the privilege of working across both schools - learning from them, supporting them and helping them grow together. But the heartbeat of Three Bridges and Wolf Fields is in the classrooms, playgrounds and shared laughter; in the dedication of our staff, the generosity of our families and, most of all, in the children themselves.

Wherever your child is starting from, whatever their dreams or challenges, they belong here.
