Federation Consultation Update (January–February 2026)

During January and February 2026, we held a formal consultation with parents/carers, staff and (in an age-appropriate way) pupils regarding the proposal to form a federation between Three Bridges Primary School and Wolf Fields Primary School.

Thank you to everyone who took the time to contribute. The feedback shared through meetings, written responses, and conversations has been thoughtful, detailed, and appreciated.

What happens next

All consultation responses are now being carefully reviewed and considered by the governing boards of both schools.

Governors will use the consultation feedback — alongside a range of educational, operational and financial information — to inform their decision. The intention is for governors to reach a decision at the Spring meetings of the Full Governing Boards.

We will publish an update to the school communities once those meetings have taken place.
